PAUL WINTER

Paul Winter specializes in real estate, estate, and tax and business planning for developers, individuals, and closely held businesses. He has worked on hundreds of commercial, multi-family and residential real estate transactions. Most recently he has worked on the purchase, sale, and development of several apartment complexes, and is familiar with local zoning, planning, and construction ordinances and planned unit developments.

Before co-founding the firm, he worked for large law firms in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Louisiana, and is a former adjunct professor for the Masters of Taxation program at Walsh College in the Detroit area.
